Data Security & Privacy
GoInsight.AI applies security and privacy controls to the customer data it processes and defines the roles of model providers and other subprocessors.
GoInsight.AI processes customer data as needed to provide our services and meet applicable obligations. For details on how we use, retain, and delete personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy or contact us for additional information.
GoInsight.AI does not use customer data to train or improve models. Where external models are configured by the customer, the selected provider's terms and data practices may also apply.
Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to data and shared resources within each customer organization is controlled through enterprise RBAC.
GoInsight.AI is primarily deployed in AWS US West. Data sent to third-party model services may be processed in locations governed by the selected provider and service channel.
GoInsight.AI integrates third-party model services. SAND STUDIO provides the platform and its integrations but does not develop these foundation models. Organization administrators control available models and external connections based on their organization's requirements.
Resilience & Incident Response
GoInsight.AI uses internal testing, deployment sign-off, staged rollout, rollback, and issue tracking to manage operational changes.
GoInsight.AI maintains availability and recovery measures designed to support continued service operation and restore services when disruptions occur.
GoInsight.AI uses monitoring and alerting controls to identify service and API exceptions. The team assesses, investigates, and tracks significant issues and anomalies through defined response processes.
Security incidents are handled through defined response processes to support timely investigation, containment, and recovery. We also provide a channel for reporting potential security vulnerabilities.
