B. In hybrid mode, the data collected by our Services differs from that of the cloud version,specifically account registration, setup, login data, and information provided through support channels. Please refer to the table above for details. In hybrid mode, you may opt to use models deployed locally by you or cloud service models supported by us. We will provide data transmission capabilities between customers and models, but we do not store data. Specifically, when you select to use models deployed locally, all data related to AI services are controlled by you or your enterprise and stored on devices designated by you or your enterprise; when you select to use cloud service models supported by us, the data collection and processing rules applicable to AI services adhere to the privacy rules and similar legal documents of the model providers. We advise you to read the privacy rules and similar legal documents of model providers prior to usage.

C. In fully localized mode, the data collected by our Services is different from the cloud version.We only provide technical support for data transmission or service integration between customers and models, and we do not store data (including account registration, setup, and login data). All data is fully under your control or that of your enterprise and is stored on devices designated by you or your enterprise.

Further clarification: In the above three modes,our service acts as a technical tool providing a visual enterprise-level AI workflow platform, supporting you in independently selecting large language models (LLM) and implementing business orchestration processes. We do not engage in model training or fine-tuning, nor do we use your personal data for model training, conduct manual reviews of personal data and customer content, or intervene in decision logic and decision-making processes. Nevertheless, we cannot exclude the possibility that model providers may collect and use your data for training or other purposes depending on the model you choose and the specific rules set by the model provider. Customers should read the service terms, privacy rules, data processing agreements, acceptable use terms, and other similar legal documents stipulated by the model provider carefully.

When you visit our Website, cookies are small text files placed on your computer that are widely used to enable the functioning of our Website and perform other functions. We use the following types of cookies:

Where is Data Transferred and Stored?

Our database is located in the United States. Data collected from the Website and Services is transferred to servers in the U.S. for processing and storage.

When transferring personal data, we comply with applicable data protection laws. If your data transfers are subject to the laws of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we will implement other appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data, including providing and using standard contractual clauses or other additional protections mandated by law for business customers.

How Long Do We Store Data?

We will retain your personal data for a reasonable period, including compliance with applicable laws or reporting requirements, as well as our legal obligations and legitimate business interests. We take into account the interaction status of your enterprise account with us, the type of personal data, our purposes, safeguarding our legal interests, resolving disputes, addressing regulatory and investigative needs, and adhering to applicable legal requirements.
