Which LLMs are available?

Available providers: OpenAI, Azure, Gemini, Cloude, and Deepseek. Availability differs by plan: Free uses built-in free LLMs (e.g., Azure GPT 4o / 4o mini), while Paid unlocks additional providers and routing options with expanded quotas.

What happens if I don't have enough credits?

If you've exhausted the number of queries available to your subscription, you will not be able to interact with the model until you either top-up more credits or wait until your credits reset. You can go to [Purchase] in the Admin Console to upgrade your subscription.

Is my data safe and where is my data stored?

Yes, we take your data security and privacy very seriously. All your data, including the knowledge base, uploaded documents, and AI interactions, are securely stored on Sand Studio's servers, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This provides a secure environment with firewalls, data encryption, and DDoS mitigation. We will not provide your data to OpenAI, and your data is NOT used in any ML training or any beyond-service analysis.

What payment methods do you support?

GoInsight supports all major credit cards and debit cards. We secure your payment method with a 3D secure authentication for your privacy and protection. We also accept PayPal.

Can I upgrade or cancel my subscription anytime?
