How It Works
- Event Retrieval
- The workflow fetches all recorded events from your specified Google Calendar.
- AI Filtering
- An AI model identifies events scheduled for the following day and ignores the rest.
- Email Drafting
- If events exist, the AI structures the titles, times, and descriptions into a clear email body.
- Automatic Delivery
- The system generates a subject line and sends the reminder to your chosen email address.
What You'll Need
- A Google Calendar and Gmail account.
- The recipient email address for your daily reminders.
How to Use
Step 1. Authorize your Google Calendar in the "Get Many Events" node and your Gmail in the "Send Mail" node.
Step 2. Tap the "Test Run" button. Enter the recipient email in the "ToMail" field and your calendar email in the "CalendarId" field.
Step 3. Click "Start Running" to test if the workflow execution is successful.
Step 4. If successful, you can select "Trigger" from the "Save and Publish" dropdown menu and set your preferred trigger time.
