This advanced workflow processes outgoing email data from Google Sheets, combines it with your Knowledge Base using RAG, and generates highly accurate, contextual replies before auto-sending.

How It Works
- Fetch & Iterate
- Starts by pulling all email rows from your specified Google Sheet, then processes each one sequentially.
- Context Retrieval
- Searches your knowledge base using the email content as a query, ensuring the AI has accurate, specific information—not just general knowledge.
- Informed Response
- The AI merges the original email with retrieved knowledge to generate precise, context-aware replies.
- Send & Confirm
- Sends each reply via email and records the outcome, confirming successful delivery.
What You'll Need
- Google Sheets Credential
- Gmail Credential
- A configured Knowledge Base
- An already created and populated Google Sheet containing the email data to be processed.
How to Use
- Step 1. Prepare Google Sheet
Prepare a Google Sheet with the following four columns in this exact order: Name, Email Address, Email Subject, and Reason for Sending/Email Content.
- Step 2. Populate Sheet Data
Then, fill in a few rows with your own target information, making sure the data fits each column correctly.
- Step 3. Configure Knowledge Base
Ensure that your knowledge base has been created and properly configured with all relevant information or documents in GoInsight.
- Step 4. Authorize Google Sheets
Open the workflow, in the "Get Rows from Sheet" node, select your pre-authorized Google Sheets OAuth2 credentials. If none exist, create a new one—it will be saved for future use.
- Step 5. Authorize Gmail
In the "Get Send As" node, select your pre-authorized Gmail OAuth2 credentials. If none exist, create a new one—it will be saved for future use.
- Step 6. Configure Send Mail Node
In the "Send Mail" node, select your Gmail OAuth2 credentials again.
- Step 7. Configure Knowledge Base Node
In the "Knowledge Base Retrieval" node, add your created knowledge base.
- Step 8. Select AI Model
In the "Generate AI Reply" node, feel free to select a model. The default works well if you prefer to skip this step.
- Step 9. Configure Start Node
Click the "Test Run" button in the upper right corner, paste your Google Sheet ID in "SpreadsheetId," and enter the sheet name (for example, Sheet1) in "SheetName."
- Step 10. Run Workflow
After all steps are complete, run the workflow.
